UKG launched its news center in Pune to increase its footprint in India while strengthening global innovation and employing top-tier local talent.

An industry leader in HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions, UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), the biggest private SaaS Company in the world with headquarters in the United States, announced the launch of its Center of Excellence in Pune, Maharashtra, signaling a new chapter in UKG's expansion in India. This new India office aims to offer advanced solutions to clients in 150 countries with the help of the city's highly skilled and diverse workforce. With 80,000 companies utilizing its cloud solutions worldwide, UKG leverages technology made for all to manage workforce initiatives, enhance business outcomes, and foster a healthy work environment in every organization. They appointed Jennifer Morgan as CEO and Nitin Chandel as Group Vice President and India Country Manager. UKG is strengthening its leadership team as it enters a new era of growth and innovation.

Since 2007, UKG has been operating in India. UKG, which currently has over 3,000 employees all over India, will be able to expand its footprint with a new Pune facility in addition to its current offices in Noida, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
