LIV Golf Announces Salesforce Partnership for New Digital and Broadcast Features

LIV Golf teams up with Salesforce to power new app and broadcast features, including personalized fan experiences and predictive analytics, debuting later this season.

Today, LIV Golf formally announces collaboration with Salesforce that will integrate Agentforce, the company's digital workforce platform, throughout the league. The agreement will result in the introduction of two new front-facing products. Users may access personalized highlights, scoring updates, and other information through the Fan Caddie, a second-screen experience within the LIV app that is powered by Agentforce.

The Salesforce-powered Agent Caddie will also be incorporated into LIV's television programming. The integration will incorporate predicted shot results, strategic course insights, and tournament-related data. Later this season, the broadcast and app connections will be released. After this week's competition at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Manassas, Virginia, LIV will have six more events to go. The financial and durational terms of the agreement were unclear.

The Salesforce logo was worn for the first time by LIV players at the PGA Championship last month. At the PGA Championship, players featured the Salesforce logo on their left sleeve. However, four LIV player managers have stated that this will no longer be the case, as LIV owns that space on player gear. This week, the Salesforce logo will appear on caddie bibs, and the company will also be represented with signage around the course. LIV was able to close the Salesforce contract with CAA's assistance.

This spring, the league and its teams have secured several new partnerships, including the recent deal with Salesforce. The league has collaborated with brands such as TikTok, Caliente, Maestro Dobel, and Porsche during tournaments, while teams like Legion XIII and Torque GC have signed agreements with Callaway and Ping, respectively.
