This strategy is targeted at Gen Z, a generation highly engaged in gaming. The app's gamification features have already yielded a 15.6% increase in app usage. The success of mobile gaming in driving user engagement and retention is attributed to industry analysts, given that users keep coming back despite digital distractions.

Rovertown Game Room has also experienced high levels of customer interaction, and preliminary results have indicated a 176% increase in players' logins. The site provides carefully selected and new games each day, thus providing user engagement over time. Rovertown also provides instant win experiences such as the Scratch-Offs game, where one can gain coins each day from playing rather than from having talent.

Weigel's, operating 84 stores and having been established in 1931, values the thoughtful strategy adopted by Rovertown in running its loyalty program.
