AI-Powered Pipeline by Invisible Universe Transforms Animation

A number of independent and professional producers are already experimenting with the end-to-end tool for short videos that the LA-based startup has developed.

Its in-house service, Invisible Studio, leverages AI to support the whole process of creating short-form content in 2D, CG, anime, and photorealistic animation. For brainstorming, scriptwriting, storyboard creation, picture and video generating, editing, and exporting, it integrates a number of AI powers. The company's beta version has a waiting list of prospective customers eager to test it out, and prices vary from US$35 per month to enterprise levels.

Tricia Biggio, co-founder and CEO of Invisible Universe, says the outcomes of Invisible Studio have been clear and striking thus far. It accelerated its time to market by cutting their per-minute content expense across all IPs by 90%. According to her, even new users are producing one-minute movies in hours rather than weeks or months, and the in-house staff has also been able to produce videos in less than two hours.

According to Biggio, a number of US and foreign production businesses, game publishers, and toy makers currently use Invisible Studio. Among the customers who have tried it out is Jo Redfern, the former head of brand for BBC Children's & Education. Last year, Redfern founded Futrhood Media, a marketing and consulting firm. Invisible Studio gave her permission to create a three-second anime-style game highlight from a rugby match in ten minutes. Yesterday, she shared the video on LinkedIn.

Invisible Studio has also been used by Canadian AI filmmaker Dale Williams to brainstorm and expedite content development. Williams' short film Alex was awarded Best Narrative Film at the Austin AI Film Festival earlier this week.
