With participation from current investors Elevation Capital and 3one4 Capital, Eight Roads Ventures led a $30 million Series-B round for Everstage funding, a supplier of sales performance tracking software for businesses.
With this most recent investment, Everstage has raised $45 million in total fundraising. The SaaS firm, which is located in Chennai and Delaware, had secured $13 million in a Series an investment in April 2022.
According to a press statement from the firm, the freshly collected money will go into improving Everstage's internal professional services and broadening the company's product offerings to provide clients with a quicker time to value.
Everstage, which was established in 2020 by Siva Rajamani & Vivek Suriyamoorthy, provides a cutting-edge platform for handling commissions from sales. Large corporations and publicly traded firms, such as GrayTV, Wiley, Diligent, Trimble, and Paychex, frequently employ its products.
Everstage serves a number of industry verticals, such as manufacturing, financial services, and technology, with the goal of elevating sales compensation to the status of a crucial factor in company expansion. Its core tool, Crystal, gives sales teams access to real-time commission forecasts, lowering financial uncertainty and boosting motivation by enabling teams to visualize possible revenues from concluded agreements.
Apart from Crystal, Everstage provides BI-driven reporting and analytics, furnishing pragmatic insights that bolster profitable expansion via efficient sales compensation tactics.
Prominent software review sites, such as G2 and Gartner, have named Everstage as the best sales compensation platform. The company's leadership in the market is further demonstrated by the more than 2,000 favorable client evaluations it has received.
Although Everstage does not provide precise sales numbers, it did report a 300% revenue rise in the previous year. The firm disclosed an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) repurchase of Rs 5 crore ($600,000) in conjunction with its most recent fundraising round.
