EY is relocating to a new office in Leeds' downtown, Wellington Place, offering enhanced technology and amenities conveniently located near the train station.
EY has announced that it is moving to a new office in downtown Leeds to further support its expanding Yorkshire business. Situated in Wellington Place, the new office offers improved technology and amenities in a well-connected position, just a short stroll from Leeds train station.
EY is anticipated to move to its new location in the summer of 2024. The relocation comes after the company's present lease at Bridgewater Place expires. After experiencing steady expansion in recent years, EY's Leeds office now employs over 480 individuals, including 39 partners. As part of the company's student recruitment initiative, 34 graduates and apprentices were also welcomed to the Leeds office by EY in September 2023.
In keeping with the company's hybrid working philosophy, the new office at 12 Wellington Place will offer a contemporary workspace with additional spaces for in-person collaboration and solitary work. As employees have the flexibility to divide their time between the office, client site, or home, offices are playing a bigger role as hubs for networking, learning and growth, and teamwork.
EY has relocated to 12 Wellington Place, a UK-ranked environmentally friendly office building, enhancing its sustainability objectives. The facility features LED lighting, solar panels, renewable energy, safe bike storage, restrooms, showers, and charging stations for electric bikes and cars.
