The Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta U.S.), announced a significant change which is the company responsible for the strategic transfer of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business. This choice was made because of the company's 2018 takeover of MWA Intelligence, Inc., which enhanced its industry-specific ERP capabilities.
Avaniko Technologies, a reputable SAP Business One Gold Partner that focuses in digital transformation for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), will take over Konica Minolta U.S.'s ERP customer base as of July 1, 2024. For dealers who previously supported by Konica Minolta's ERP platform, Avaniko's ability in integrating SAP's advanced technological capabilities promises to improve business processes and manage operations.
The company has committed to enhancement of its go-to-market strategy in order to provide better service to its dealer and direct channel customers, according to Sam Errigo, Konica Minolta U.S. President and CEO. "At this point in time, we believe Avaniko is better staffed and suited to continue the ongoing development and support for the Forza platform," added Errigo. Through Avaniko's specialization and extensive industry knowledge, he stated that he was confident the company would ensure an easy move for existing customers.
