BancTrust & Co. Investment Bank has announced Jacqueline Kilgour's appointment as Non-Executive Director, marking a new addition to the bank's key board.
The London-based upcoming markets investment bank BancTrust & Co. Investment Bank (BancTrust) is happy to announce the addition of Jacqueline Kilgour to the board of directors as a non-executive member. Jacqueline was recently appointed to the positions of Chair of the Audit and Compliance Committee and on the Risk Committee at BancTrust, an emerging markets investment bank. She is currently co-chair of Cignpost Investments, a medical diagnostics and wellness company.
She is a NED and serves on the boards of Westminster Gardens (property management), Services Family (insurance brokerage with a focus on the military), and Joe's Blooms (biodiversity technology start-up). In addition to managing her regulatory compliance and corporate governance consultancy company, Hamilton Kilgour, Jacqueline formerly served as a NED on the boards of Australian-listed Kyckr and ED&F Man Capital Markets in the United States and the United Kingdom.
