Fisent Technologies now features Tabulate, an AI-powered tool that standardizes large spreadsheets, enabling automated workflows for enterprise businesses.
Fisent Technologies' Fisent BizAI process automation software now includes a spreadsheet data standardization feature. In order to enable automated business procedures, Tabulate tool is intended to extract and arrange spreadsheet data into organized representations. The company specializes in automating complicated, unstructured, and document-intensive workflows in highly regulated sectors and offers Applied GenAI Process Automation solutions that connect corporate applications with generative AI models.
Though traditional large language models (LLMs) are good at identifying information, they usually run into problems when handling files with thousands of rows due to limited context windows, producing unpredictable results that require significant human correction. This problem is solved by the recently added Tabulate, which incorporates LLMs with embedded data transformation logic in the extraction process. With this method, fragmented data can be transformed into standardized, clean formats without requiring a lot of manual post-processing.
According to Adrian Murray, Founder and CEO of Fisent, Tabulate is a significant step in transforming unstructured data into high-quality, useful information for enterprise process automation, considering the extensive use of big spreadsheets. He added that Businesses may effectively standardize complicated spreadsheets for automated workflows, crucial reporting, and accurate analytics by fusing AI-driven reasoning with scalable transformation capabilities.
In order to prepare data for usage in downstream enterprise systems, the system also normalizes inconsistent formatting, such as differences in dates and numerical values. The software is also being used by financial services companies to prepare data for compliance reporting and risk management in cloud data environments like Snowflake.
