IIM Trichy–Scaler Partnership Aims to Redefine Management Education for the AI Era

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed by the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIM Trichy) and Scaler, a tech educational platform, to jointly develop business and management programs that meet the needs of an AI-based workplace. For professionals looking for leadership positions in technologically advanced business environments, the partnership seeks to develop learning pathways that are ready for the industry.

The partnership combines Scaler's experience in applied, industry-focused education with the academic expertise and structured pedagogy of IIM Tiruchirappalli.

Programs that combine main management concepts with practical business applications and an understanding of how AI is changing organizational decisions will be built equally by the two institutions.

Scaler will offer industry relevance, practitioner-headed learning, and exposure to current business challenges focused on technology and AI adoption, while IIM Tiruchirappalli will contribute its academic rigor, faculty expertise and management frameworks through this partnership. This program's main goal is to train professionals to work at the intersection of advancing technologies, tactics and leadership.

Abhimanyu Saxena, a co-founder of Scaler, stated that AI is fundamentally changing how companies plan and execute their strategies.
