Red Hat challenges traditional IT setups by introducing AI-powered tools and futuristic solution in RHEL 10.1 and 9.7.
Red Hat, the world's largest provider of open-source solutions, today announced the general launch of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10.1 and 9.7, building on the developments of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 for a more intelligent and futuristic computing solution. The modern versions of the world’s greatest enterprise Linux platform support addressing IT skills shortages with AI-powered, offline Linux management, quantum threat mitigation, and better control over operational consistency.
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10.1 and 9.7 provide a strategic and durable operating system solution to handle the growing challenges of hybrid cloud computing, compounded by demand for AI workloads.
According to a Red Hat-sponsored IDC study, IT infrastructure teams are an average of 32% more efficient using Red Hat solutions than free open-source competitors. This opens up a great deal of staff time to accommodate growth or focus on other business-related efforts.
In addition, development teams working on their organizations’ Red Hat Enterprise Linux infrastructure experience an average productivity rise of 20% compared with using free open-source competitors. The operating system helps teams to be more adaptive to dynamic company demands, with modern tooling and simpler management intended to help bring order and efficiency to fractured business IT infrastructures.
