Microsoft, an iconic US IT company, has partnered with KT, a telecom provider in South Korea, to build an enterprise innovation hub. In order To open the Seoul-based hub, this allows corporate clients to test out AI-powered products with associated consultancy services. The AI transformation showcase is one of four theme zones that make up the 6,404-square-foot facility.
According to KT, visitors can explore exhibits that are activated through touch and voice interaction, and Microsoft has contributed to the launch by providing its strategic sales skills and training based on its extensive customer interaction experience and effective programs. The two businesses have previously worked together. They signed a contract for five years late last year, which includes KT's investments in cloud, info-technology, and AI businesses.
At the time, the two sides described the agreement as a multibillion-dollar deal but did not reveal its exact financial terms. KT has previously achieved major results under a business partnership with Microsoft, including their internal (agent experience) projects. According to a statement from KT Senior Vice President Jung Woo-jin, the new innovation hub will be an essential platform for growing and broadening the AX ecosystem across local vertical markets.
