Hyundai hints at a bold new concept car featuring Pac-Man-inspired graphics and race-ready controls.
Building the suspense, Hyundai's new concept car will take center stage at the Seoul Mobility Show from April 3 onward. Teasers posted on social media have offered some insight into its design, which features fun graphics inspired by Pac-Man, a bright orange rear wing, and race car-like controls—all suggesting a high-performance electric vehicle with a unique design approach.
Hyundai has not disclosed any official information, but analysts view this concept as experimental rather than an advanced look at forthcoming manufacturing vehicles. Different Pac-Man-like motifs appear on surface features from window blackout areas to interior designs, which create a bright and innovative profile.
This design's racing-style steering wheel with boost buttons and track mode settings is one of its most defining features; it all suggests significant performance potential. It would not be shocking if this idea were also all-electric given Hyundai's consistent efforts to produce high-performance EVs like the Ioniq 5 N and, eventually, the Ioniq 6 N.
It is speculated that this concept model might have been derived from the Hyundai Inster city-scale car. A small, energetic EV could emerge from this platform if the concept bears relation to an existing Hyundai model. The upcoming Seoul Mobility Show promises to be memorable as Hyundai’s latest concept car joins several other potential new or updated models for display.
