Project Concept from Adobe Paves the Way of the Future for Innovative Brainstorming

With its non-linear infinite canvas approach, Adobe's Project Concept AI-powered mood-boarding and brainstorming software caught our interest at Adobe MAX, and it's already making progress.

The waiting list for Adobe's web app is now available as the company pushes it into private beta for user input.

Project Concept is intended for what Adobe perceives as a new generation of creatives who wish to embrace generative AI and who find the linear workflows of legacy software limiting. It is designed as a whole new Adobe product rather than an add-on to items in the current Adobe software list.

Artists may more easily visualize and create ideas, either independently or in cooperation, with the help of AI-generated or imported images that can be modified, remixed, iterated on, and arranged in a variety of ways.

Selected artists have been invited to test the product by the creative tech giant, and changes have been made in response to their input. To facilitate collaboration, they include the inclusion of shared canvases and artboards as well as the capability to import, share, and remix work.

The project concept is not entirely original. AI-powered infinite canvas mood-boarding tools have previously been demonstrated in Kaiber's Superstudio, Midjourney Patchwork, and Recraft. However, Adobe is expected to have the advantage because of its industry influence and integration with industry-standard technologies.
