Founded in July 2024, Eternal Creations LLC provides an array of consulting and professional services in the field of: market research and planning, GTM and marketing strategies, digital and content marketing. From market research to portfolio strategy, product launches to marketing strategy, Eternal Creations brings marketing services to help technology companies or companies selling tech-based solutions stay in tune with customer needs and market trends.
My entrepreneurial spirit was ignited early in life. From childhood, I was into exploring new things, curious about learning from new experiences and enjoyed the process of creating and building things. With my experience and expertise in technology marketing, founding Eternal Creations felt like the next logical step. However, Eternal Creations is a marketing services firm with a purpose — we help businesses connect with their audiences. We help tech companies move beyond conventional marketing to create meaningful and memorable brand experiences that last while meeting business and financial objectives.
Eternal Creations is known for blending data-driven insights with creativity. Can you elaborate on how this unique approach differentiates your services in a competitive market?
While data-driven insights and creativity might seem like two ends of the spectrum, in reality, it’s the coming together of art and science that makes marketing not only an important function but an indispensable one for organizations. We start with qualitative data and assessment to better understand business goals, challenges, current marketing processes and frameworks, drivers of change, and then develop marketing strategies and services based on current market trends and overall business objectives for our clients. Once executed, we measure success through predefined metrics that align with financial and strategic objectives. This not only helps us remain competitive in the marketplace but also drives transparency in terms of how we operate.

All our innovations are designed with a customer-centric approach in mind. Today’s dynamic technological landscape imposes considerable variability when it comes to operating systems and procedures in any service-based businesses. For example, customers may have specific needs for digital marketing campaigns during the holiday season or may vary in their willingness and ability to invest in marketing depending on budget, complexity, and speed-to-market requirements for a product launch. Both the "Input-Messaging-Output (IMO)" framework and the ideation of the "Eclectic" platform aim to bring a level of standardization to deliver best-in-class marketing services while catering to varying customer needs—which is unique to the industry.
In order to offer clients cutting-edge solutions, how does Eternal Creations stay ahead of the curve in the field of digital marketing?
Over the last 10 years, digital marketing has evolved as an important business function—not just a marketing tool for any organization. In many ways, it is front and center when it comes to delivering a holistic customer experience to end users. However, as we all know, digitization comes with complementary changes in business processes and practices, involving change management and a clear articulation of business outcomes. "Complementarity" is an important concept in digitization analysis because it offers an approach to explaining patterns of organizational practices, how they fit with particular business strategies, and why different organizations choose different digital strategies. When offering or strategizing digital marketing practices and initiatives, we keep this concept in mind in order to deliver customized solutions that enable sustained ROI, not just short-term ROI for our clients.
You've emphasized fair and fun practices as integral to your company culture. How do these values influence your team's performance and client relationships?

As someone who transitioned from roles in banking to leading a marketing consultancy, what leadership lessons have you carried over, and how have they shaped Eternal Creations?
As I look to further establish and grow Eternal Creations, I fully acknowledge the importance of people, the power of knowledge, and the requisite need for empathy. Together, these elements will deliver game-changing marketing strategies and services for our clients today and in the future.
Eternal Creations has worked with both startups and Fortune 500 companies. Can you share a success story where your strategies significantly impacted a client's growth?
While Eternal Creations was open for business only in January 2025, the leadership team has been instrumental in delivering exceptional marketing experiences to companies backed by 15+ years of expertise and experience in technology marketing, driving double/triple-digit Y-o-Y business growth across different industries.
Very recently, we partnered with a language technology company, where our Input-Messaging-Output (IMO) framework delivered exceptional business results through data-driven marketing strategies, showing a 5x increase in ROI for our client.
The marketing landscape is rapidly evolving with technological advancements. How do you foresee these changes affecting your strategies and client interactions?
Eternal Creations is focused on service excellence for our customers, so any changes, innovations, or even new markets/advancements will be made with that in mind. The new Input-Messaging-Output (IMO) framework and the digital platform Eclectic are clear examples of this. Applying principles of human-centered service design to meet customer needs will continue to be at the heart of our service offerings and service delivery. Gaining a deeper understanding of what our target audiences want and how to best serve our customer base will be an integral part of our business strategy. We will ensure that we are effectively and clearly communicating our vision to all our stakeholders while leading change.
Reflecting on your entrepreneurial journey, what lessons have been most impactful, and how have they influenced your leadership style?
While there have been many valuable lessons, some of the key ones are highlighted below:
Adaptability and Innovation: Markets and technology are constantly evolving. Being adaptable is one of my natural traits, but as an entrepreneur, it was even more important for me to be willing to pivot my business model and services to better align with market needs.
Focus and Prioritization: As an entrepreneur, we often have many competing priorities. It was and is essential to focus on the most important tasks. Prioritizing your time and energy is key to making progress.
Strategic Networking: Building a strong network of mentors, advisors, and potential partners who can provide valuable support and resources was and will continue to be critical.
Growth Mindset: Embracing a growth mindset, which is the belief that abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work, through continuous learning and improvement, played an important role.

It is important to see the beauty in the journey and not fear the process but rather believe in it. It is important to enjoy what you are building, listen intently to your target audiences, execute well-rounded strategies, and the desired business results will follow.
