RedMagic 11 Air Launched in China

Launching in China on January 20, the RedMagic 11 Air boasts huge battery, fast charging, and pro-level gaming features.

The RedMagic 11 Air, the company's newest gaming smartphone, has been officially released. It represents a major improvement for the company's Air series and features one of the largest batteries ever seen on its products. The phone made its premiere in China on January 20, 2026, and in the upcoming days, it will be released worldwide.

The RedMagic 11 Air's central component is a 6.85 inch 1.5K display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz. Its tiny 1.25 mm bezels provide a screen to body ratio of about 95 percent. While specialized shoulder triggers with a 520 Hz reaction rate are intended to provide mobile gamers an advantage in competitive games, sophisticated sampling technology enhances touch responsiveness.

The device's internal components include a RedCore R4 gaming coprocessor, up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 4.1 storage and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite CPU. In order to control heat during prolonged play, RedMagic also incorporated a vapor chamber, thermal materials and their Turbo Fan 4.0 cooling system.

The seven thousand mAh battery, which is the biggest in the Air range to date and supports 120 W fast charging, is a standout feature. It is planned to smooth extended gaming sessions and minimize downtime. The phone has a dual rear camera configuration with a fifty MP primary sensor and an 8 MP ultrawide lens. As well as a 16 MP below the display selfie camera. It runs RedMagic OS 11 which is based on Android 16.

The 12 GB/256 GB model costs 3,699 yuan (about 530 dollars) in China, while the 16 GB/512 GB model costs 630 dollars. Both models are available in white and black. Later this month a more extensive worldwide launch is anticipated.
