Business Fortune EE Faces Widespread Outages

Despite EE's claims of no issues, users across the UK, especially in Hull, report severe connectivity drops related to ongoing maintenance.

Hundreds of EE customers have complained about significant delays in internet and mobile data services, which have left them irate and compelled them to vent on social media. Many customers are experiencing dropped signals or complete lack of connectivity, despite EE's website stating that there are no ongoing network problems.

Disgruntled users have voiced their complaints on social media sites like Twitter. One person noted that it was the "third time this week" they experienced a total signal loss, pointing out the disparity between the company's claim of "excellent coverage" and their experience. Another client highlighted the seriousness of the issue by describing their cell signal as "constantly dropping out."

As of Sunday morning, about 300 individuals have reported problems, according to Downdetector, a company that monitors service failures. In response, EE directed affected customers to their network checker for social media status updates and encouraged them to get in touch with technical support.

The telecom provider admitted that some customers, especially those in the Hull region, are experiencing an outage and attributed the disruptions to necessary maintenance. EE apologized for the disruption and said it expected this maintenance to be finished within the day. Additionally, the business has advised clients to use Wi-Fi calling as a backup plan during this outage.
