Entrata hosted its annual Entrata Summit in downtown Salt Lake City this past October at the Hyatt Regency. The Summit convened thousands of professionals within the multifamily industry over multiple days to discuss innovation, technology, and the changing expectations of today's renters. This elite summit attracted traditional multifamily industry participants such as property owners, investors and operators as well as professionals from multiple indutry sectors and technology influencers, all focused on the impact of AI on property management.
A significant highlight of this year's Summit was the announcement that Entrata's Homebody RXP mobile experience for residents is now fully deployed to the entire Entrata client base. Homebody RXP provides a single, hassle-free unified mobile experience to guide residents through each stage of their relationship with a multifamily community: new leases, living, renewal processes, and ongoing engagement. With all of these touchpoints merged into a single app, Entrata aims to eliminate friction, improve communication, and enhance resident trust and confidence.
In addition to the innovations, Entrata also unveiled its Operations Experience Platform (OXP), one of the most reliable AI-powered property management application for onsite and corporate property management teams. The platform allows property management teams access to real-time reporting data that illustrates how AI is being leveraged in daily operations; provides visibility to identify where automation is working; and, provides insight into areas where manual interaction is the most valuable. This enables staff members to focus more on building relationships with residents, managing property, and collaborating with property owners, instead of performing redundant tasks.
The capabilities of the OXP include performance monitoring via artificial intelligence, workflow optimization for priority tasks, and an inbound universal communication inbox. The OXP platform also provides access to full resident and applicant profiles, enabling teams to deliver better and more personalized service to all of their properties.
“We want to take the next step from unconnected tools to combine them into a coherent and intelligent user experience,” said Catherine Wong, COO and Chief Product Officer of Entrata. “With these advancements, we will continue to move toward Autonomous Property Management™ solutions and redefine what can be achieved in multifamily property management with new levels of efficiency, transparency, and connectivity.”
