Business Fortune - HPE Unveils AIOps & Agentic AI for Juniper Mist

HPE boosts Juniper Mist with agentic AI, self-driving actions, and new tools to simplify network operations and improve performance.

HPE rolled out significant enhancements to its Juniper Networking portfolio today. These advancements advance the AI-native Mist platform, which enables more autonomous, intelligent, and proactive network operations to deliver agentic AIOps.

Increased visibility and control over self-driving activities, a generic Large Experience Model (LEM), agentic AI-powered troubleshooting, and new AIOps tools for data centers are among the latest improvements. These capabilities aim to streamline IT and deliver exceptional user experiences from the client side to the cloud.

These new features enhance HPE's next-generation autonomous IT and agentic AIOps approach, GreenLake Intelligence, which uses specialized AI agents in a multi-layered IT architecture. Juniper Mist’s agentic AI capabilities shift IT management from reactive to proactive, enabling smarter decision-making, proactive enhancements and rapid problem resolution across computer, networking, and storage. This sets the stage for significant improvements in both performance and efficiency.

Rami Rahim, EVP and head of HPE Networking, says that today’s networks must not only connect but also understand, adapt, and respond. With the help of Juniper Mist's new digital experience twin and agentic AI features, we're able to make the network a proactive IT partner that can address issues before they affect users. This represents a significant step toward fully autonomous operations, assisting our clients in streamlining complexity, cutting expenses, and producing outstanding digital experiences on a large scale.
