Beginning in 2026, T-Mobile will introduce limited MVNO cell phone services for US corporate clients in collaboration with Charter and Comcast.
T-Mobile has signed a multi-year exclusive deal with Charter and Comcast to use its network to provide mobile services to their business clients across the US, the companies announced today. The service is scheduled to debut in 2026. Charter and Comcast's innovative cellular partnership will use T-Mobile's state-of-the-art mobile network under an extended Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) agreement.
The MVNO will strengthen Comcast's and Charter's position as industry leaders in providing wireline and wireless services backed by the biggest and fastest WiFi and broadband networks in the country. Comcast and Charter will offer mobile services through their respective brands, Comcast Business Mobile and Spectrum Mobile for Business.
Omar Tazi, T-Mobile’s Digital and Chief Product Officer and EVP, expressed enthusiasm about partnering with Charter and Comcast to deliver mobile network connectivity to business customers across the US, highlighting that T-Mobile has experienced the highest new customer growth among all networks over the past five years.
This cooperation extends T-Mobile's network reach to even more business clients beyond those they already serve and enhances what their T-Mobile for Business group already offers. Charter and Comcast Business customers benefit from T-Mobile's advanced network, while T-Mobile gains extra value by reaching the unique business market that these partners already support with their broadband services. This is a true win-win situation.
The exclusive purpose of this new deal is to supply business clients of Comcast and Charter with wholesale mobile connections. Residential and current business customers will continue to be served by Charter and Comcast's long-standing MVNO partnership.
