Mindset AI Aims to Expand in the US Following £4.3M Funding

Mindset AI rises £4.3M to expand UK operations and open a Chicago office, aiming to make AI agent deployment frictionless for SaaS companies.

Mindset AI, a platform for embedded AI agents, has raised £4.3 million to open an office in Chicago and grow its operations in the UK. In 2019, Mindset AI was founded to enable SaaS firms to include AI capabilities in their products without having to start from scratch. It was founded by the same team that built Workshare, an online secure file-sharing provider, and later sold it to Litera.

These companies can turn their unique data, expertise, and intellectual property into practical AI capabilities by creating user-friendly, natural language-speaking AI bots.

The Mindset sales trajectory has increased tremendously, seeing incredible sales of 120% year on year, with ARR for October 2024 anticipated to be £1 million. The seasoned staff and CEO and co-founder Barrie Hadfield, a seasoned digital entrepreneur with experience starting and running businesses in the software and artificial intelligence industries, are credited with this success.

Within three weeks of releasing a search and recommendation agent, one of the company's clients had a 9000% increase in course enrollments, resulting in 3.4 times the revenue compared to those without access.

The investment is going to support Mindset in scaling its marketing initiatives; expanding its APIs, SDKs, and no-code solutions; and building its natural-language programming interface. With Chicago chosen as the location of its first US office, the team will also utilize the funds to develop a footprint in the US.
