Just four months after departing the IT services firm, former Tech Mahindra India business head Jagdish Mitra has announced the founding of Humanize, a generative AI IP-powered SaaS startup.
The new business seeks to shorten the time it takes for clients to build and launch products by fusing low-code/no-code capabilities with generative AI.
One of the main issues organizations face, according to Mitra, who is now the CEO and creator of Humanize, is that not all of their data appears to be structured and arranged in a way that allows them to use AI. That means that's their Humanize debut. In order to accelerate the deployment of the same SaaS platform by 15 to 25 percent, Humanize was developing its own GenAI toolkit.
Following the founding of AI startup AionOS by former Tech Mahindra CEO CP Gurnani in collaboration with Rahul Bhatia, the founder of InterGlobe, comes the debut of Humanize.
The device from Humanize is reportedly under development and should launch on the market in the next five to six months. The business intends to concentrate on GCCs within enterprises and first target the US and India.
The business plans to hire 800-1,000 people over the course of the next five years, increasing its present workforce of 14–15 senior executives. During this time, Humanize also intends to onboard 80–100 new clients.
Mitra is dedicated to recruiting roughly 100 talented people from the government's youth internship program each year, making use of his position on the board of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and the program.
With an emphasis on supply chain, sustainability, and customer experience, Mitra hopes to grow into Southeast Asia, Germany, the Nordic region, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan in the long run.
