The company SprutCAM Tech, creator of the CAD/CAM/OLP system SprutCAM X Robot, is growing its technological alliances with CNC machine and industrial robot manufacturers.

Digital twins of the well-liked JAKA cobots from the renowned Chinese manufacturer are now available in the online library of robot components.

The following JAKA cobot models are currently supported: MiniCobo, Zu 3, Zu 5, Zu 7, Zu 12, Zu 18, Pro 16, and Zu 18. The whole list of compatible devices is always available on the website's corresponding page.

JAKA Robotics' collaborative robots are used in a variety of industries, including semiconductors, automotive, electronics, and machining.

These cobots, which are renowned for their power, safety, and compactness, have payload ranges of 3 to 18 kg with a repeatability of ±0.02 to ±0.03 mm. Assembling, welding, machine tending, testing, inspection, dispensing (painting, coating, gluing, bonding), and finishing applications (polishing, grinding) are only a few of their many uses.

Download and install the SprutCAM X Robot software in order to program JAKA cobots. Automatically, a free 30-day fully functional license will be issued.

Next, launch MachineMaker, a program that lets you create industrial robot digital twins in SprutCAM X Robot, and locate the required cobot in the Robot Library online.

In addition to adding more 3D models of industrial robots, cobots, and robot cell components to the online library, the developers of SprutCAM X Robot intend to support the entire line of JAKA Robotics models.
