The British multinational communications company WPP has officially partnered with Sprinklr, a customer experience management platform, in order to develop a joint CX offer. The businesses will link WPP's AI capabilities with Sprinklr's artificial intelligence (AI) platform, which includes generative AI and customized AI models.

As a result of the partnership, WPP teams will receive priority assistance from Sprinklr, and the two businesses will collaborate on shared data, analytics, and solution creation for joint clients. WPP will take part in the partner advisory board of Sprinklr as well.

WPP wants to use the new CX Live AI offering to assist its teams in producing and informing creative content. Additionally, The Coca-Cola Company is one of the clients that WPP and Sprinklr are collaborating with to provide AI insights on customer interaction.

WPP's chief technology officer, Stephan Pretorius, stated that this collaboration was important since it improves their current AI services and helps their clients design customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Ragy Thomas, the founder and CEO of Sprinklr, stated that combining WPP's AI toolset with Sprinklr's AI-powered unified-CXM platform will enable their shared customers to adopt cutting-edge AI technologies while maintaining enterprise-grade privacy, security, and control.
