AddSecure launches FleetVision Video, AI-powered telematics solutions that improve fleet safety, driver behaviour, and reduce operational costs across Europe.
AddSecure, a leading European provider of secure IoT connectivity and end-to-end solutions has introduced FleetVision Video, a new video telematics solution aimed to improve fleet safety, help fleet operators, improve driver behaviour and reduce costs.
The system combines video footage with AI-powered safety scores to give transport managers better insight into how vehicles are being driven. Instead of only reviewing incidents after they happen, FleetVision Video helps companies identify risks early and take steps to prevent accidents.
“FleetVision Video represents the next step in video telematics,” said Adrian Drewett Product Manager at AddSecure. He added that Fleet video helps fleets better understand risk and improve safety through long-term behaviour change. FleetVision Video is part of AddSecure’s broader FleetVision platform. It marks a shift from traditional dashcam use, which focused on recording incidents, to a more proactive approach that supports safer driving over time.
The solution builds on AddSecure’s earlier product, RoadView, which has now been upgraded and unified under the FleetVision Video brand. The updated system offers advanced features such as driver monitoring (DMS) and driver assistance systems (ADAS), along with simpler options that use forward-facing cameras. This allows fleets to start small and expand as their safety needs grow.
Unlike standard cameras installed by truck manufacturers, FleetVision Video goes beyond in-cab alerts. It provides insights that help both drivers and managers understand risks and improve driving habits through coaching and feedback.
The platform is also designed with privacy in mind. It includes features like event-based recording, identity blurring, and controlled data access. It does not record private in-cab spaces, ensuring compliance with European data protection laws such as General Data Protection Regulation.
FleetVision Video is now available to new customers across Europe, with existing users set to transition in late 2026. With FleetVision Video, AddSecure is positioning itself at the forefront of smarter fleet safety, shifting the focus from reacting to incidents to preventing them. As Business Fortune observes fleets across Europe look for more efficient and safer operations, hence solutions like this are likely to play a key role in shaping the future of transport management.
