Big FM, which is run by Reliance Broadcast Network, has announced the launch of a new vertical called Big FM Realty, marking its entry into the real estate market.
For its initial project, the company purchased about 80 acres of property on the Lucknow Bahraich Road in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. An estimated Rs 1,200 crore in revenue is anticipated from the development. The company hopes to generate between Rs 3,500 and Rs 4,000 crore in total revenue from its real estate venture over the next three years.
Plotted developments, group housing, and commercial and retail spaces will all be included in the planned mixed use township. Infrastructure improvements like the four laning of NH-927, which aims to improve connectivity between Lucknow and the border with Nepal, are anticipated to benefit the location.
A Big FM Realty representative stated on the takeoff that the launch of Big FM Realty marks a defining chapter in their journey of growth and transformation. Through the media heritage, they have established a solid national identity based on authenticity, trust and scale. Now they are bringing the same dedication to quality into the real estate industry.
The goal is to provide their clients with thoughtful, outstanding projects that combine creativity and functionality, guaranteeing long term financial and lifestyle advantages. Bahraich offers an exciting high potential opportunity due to its strategic location and prospective growth trends. This project is the solid basis for the broader goal to shape modern urban living across India. According to Big FM the new vertical represents a diversification away from its primary media and radio operations.
