Brigade Belvedere on Budigere Main Road will add 773 homes in phase one, tapping East Bengaluru’s rising housing demand.

In a March 25 regulatory filing, Bengaluru based real estate developer Brigade Group announced the launch of a new 10.75 acre residential project in East Bengaluru, which is expected to raise around ₹1 100 crore in revenue.

Brigade Belvedere is a project located in one of the city's rapidly expanding eastern corridors on Budigere Main Road, off Old Madras Road. Five towers will make up the development, with two towers and 773 residential units in the first phase. With unit sizes ranging from 715 square feet to more than 2 013 square feet the project would include 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK homes. According to Brigade Group, the project is intended to meet the region's increasing housing demand which will be supported by more social infrastructure and better connectivity.

According to Pavitra Shankar, Brigade Enterprises Limited's managing director the event and stated that the company's goal is to improve urban living standards in the Budigere and Old Madras Road micro markets. She pointed out that enhanced connectivity to important areas of Bengaluru and improved infrastructure had contributed to the area's sustained expansion. Brigade Belvedere has been committed as a net zero carbon project, in line with Brigade's organizational goal of becoming net zero by 2045, the company added and it is part of its larger sustainability roadmap.

The project benefits from being close to important commercial centers, educational institutions, healthcare facilities and retail centers like Orion Uptown, according to the company. Along with an extra six thousand square feet of living amenities it will also have a twenty four thousand square foot clubhouse. As Brigade Group continues to diversify its presence throughout South India the launch coincides with the company's broader expansion across real estate segments, including industrial developments and senior living communities.
