VDL Technologies Expands Business across Africa and Europe

VDL Technologies, a leading technology company in Nigeria plans for global expansion into Africa and Europe, offering its digital services.

VDL Technologies, a Nigerian digital transformation company, plans to expand into African and European markets after adopting a business model that allowed it to adapt to government policy risks in Nigeria's difficult macroeconomic environment.

Oluwarotimi Fasuyi, the company's founder and CEO who leads VDL alongside his wife, Ayodele Fasuyi, stated at a recent press conference in Lagos that VDL is focusing on additional African markets, the Middle East and North Africa, as well as Europe and regions of North America with large Nigerian populations.

He said they are looking to move to African countries, especially the Middle East and North African countries, and also Europe.  Places where they have Nigerians. Canada and the United States can also leverage their gaming platforms.

Oluwarotimi also added that VDL Technologies is about offering digital services to people. According to him, what a person can use on phone, will ofcourse add value to them and improve their lifestyle. Their services cut across different domains in the market, talking about children, talking about adults, and not just to individuals but also to businesses. VDL helps people and businesses to distribute their mobile content on the phone. They help some media brands by getting customers to have access to news on their devices.

Headquartered in Lagos, VDL offers real-time analytics to companies in the fast-moving consumer products, financials, retail & e-commerce, energy, and transportation industries. It also collaborates with government agencies, healthcare providers, and wellness organizations to better understand customer behavior and usage trends.

As VDL celebrated its tenth anniversary, Oluwarotimi said that the company's expansion has prepared it to handle obstacles and formulate plans.
