Kyivstar Expands Digital Healthcare with Acquisition of Tabletki.ua Platform

Kyivstar Group Ltd. has acquired Ukrainian digital pharmacy Tabletki.ua for $160 million to improve its digital healthcare services in Ukraine.

VEON’s Kyivstar announced on tuesday that its subsidiary Kyivstar Group Ltd. has acquired Tabletki.ua, a digital pharmacy platform in Ukraine, for $160 million. The transaction to acquire was completed and it brings one of Ukraine’s most widely used digital medicine platforms under Kyivstar’s growing portfolio of digital services.

Tabletki.ua platform is one of the most popular online resources in Ukraine for locating, evaluating, and reserving medications and other goods sold at Ukrainian pharmacies. Every month, millions of users rely on it, making it the go-to internet platform in Ukraine for obtaining prescription drugs and other medical and nutritional supplies. The technology guarantees availability, clear pricing, and easy access to necessary healthcare products by allowing users to quickly locate, compare, and reserve prescription and over-the-counter medications and healthcare supplies available in pharmacies across the country.

For FY2024 and the last 12 months ending September 30, 2025, the gross merchandise value (GMV) of reservations made through the Tabletki.ua platform was UAH 45 billion (USD 1,056 million) and UAH 57.3 billion (USD 1,191 million).
