Cisco Unified Communications Manager is the market-leading on-premises calling platform, relied on by businesses that value dependability, security, and control.

More than 30 million customers worldwide rely on Cisco Unified Communications Manager in industries such as banking, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, government, and defense, where calling is vital. Many of these enterprises are unable to fully transition to the cloud because of dependability, security, or regulatory concerns, thus their established UCM infrastructure remains critical. Previously, this meant they couldn't profit from rapid cloud innovation.
