The second edition of the World Culture Festival continued to draw huge crowds as local and international performers of music, dance, and cultural tradition, along with local students, presented a vibrant mix of musical acts, cultural traditions, theatre, and art. The World Culture Festival continued to bring enthusiastic audiences in Karachi. The festival has grown into a melting pot of modernization where audiences can only experience multicultural partnerships and witness worldwide talent.

According to Karachi Ahmad Shah, president of the Arts Council of Pakistan, the importance of such venues is in networking through arts and culture, and he welcomed the current festival for developing cultural interchange and unity. Ahmad Shah added that the festival attracts young creators and builds a spirit of worldwide partnership along with providing entertainment. The World Culture Festival serves as more than an occasion, it is recognition that Pakistani culture is essential to the nation's culture instead of just pretty or casual.

Festival organizers specified that, particularly with young guests who wanted to participate and receive. During the festival, big families gathered in the children's activity place, where children could participate in storytelling sessions, mask making, and Puppet Theater. There were more than 1,000 artists from over 140 different nations who contributed to the festival. The festival focuses on transparency, strength, and free exchanges of ideas as an creative method to rules or regulations. The workshops for calligraphy, pottery, and traditional dance were fully booked.
