He has experience overseeing large-scale enterprise system installations, building analytics capabilities, and promoting digital enablement across organizations. He has held several global CIO roles.
White joins Guidehouse after nine years at Avanade, Accenture's 50,000-person Microsoft-focused consulting division, where he served as global CIO from 2021 to 2025. Prior to that, White worked as global CIO and chief process improvement officer for seven years at glass maker O-I. Before this, he worked for 18 years as a partner at Accenture, where he managed IT and BPO projects for clients in several of sectors, including education and chemicals. White graduated from Miami University with a bachelor's degree in management information systems.
According to Scott McIntyre, CEO of Guidehouse, Ron White is a visionary leader whose approach to technology is based on marketable effect. His experience in managing productive teams and launching AI at scale is in line with their goal of providing their clients with trustworthy, quantifiable value.
Guidehouse serves clients in the public and private sectors with managed services, technology, and advisory services. Bain Capital purchased the firm in 2023, and it is currently included in their interests. Navigant and PwC Public Sector are the two primary legacy firms that created Guidehouse.
Ron White stated, It’s a fantastic opportunity to join Guidehouse at this moment of momentum. As well, the firm will continue to transform the way work is done by improving its AI-based approach and matching innovation with purpose. This will enable their clients and their teams to achieve new levels of performance, agility, and impact.
Earlier this year, Ashleigh Rogers, Nick Wong, and Chris Bailey joined the consultancy as partners in its payer/provider practice within its healthcare division.
