The international sports tech behemoth broadens its offerings by incorporating VideoVerse's AI-driven Magnifi platform, which improves content production, distribution, and revenue generation for leagues, teams, and broadcasters around the globe.
Minute Media, a well-known international technology and sports content provider, announced today that it has acquired VideoVerse. Magnifi, the top product from VideoVerse, is an AI-powered SaaS platform that lets content owners and rights holders effectively distribute engaging short-form video material, automatically identify important moments, and produce highlights in real time. FIFA+, the Indian Super League, the Pro Panja League, Willow TV, the Portuguese Football Federation, and TV2 are a few of its customers. The purchase comes a year after Minute Media expanded its portfolio with a number of strong sports technology and content acquisitions, resulting in a comprehensive solution for publications, advertisers, leagues, teams, and rightsholders.
By adding VideoVerse, Minute Media will be able to provide the sports content ecosystem with previously unheard-of value, strengthening the potential of their relationship. Minute Media intends to expand its strategic alliances with leading teams, leagues, and federations globally by implementing a fully integrated creation, distribution, and monetization solution with this purchase. Additionally, Minute Media's market-leading distribution and monetization technologies will be easily accessible to current Magnifi clients, increasing the return on investment of their video assets.
