Charles River Associates Expands Risk & Investigations Unit

Raja Chatterjee has joined Charles River Associates, a global leader in profitable, fiscal, and operation consulting services, as a vice chairman in the company's threat, examinations & Analytics Practice.

Paul Maleh, the chairman and CEO of CRA, said he was happy to have Raja join the platoon. Raja has over 30 times of functional and legal moxie in the public sector as well as transnational positions in the private sector. With technical knowledge in threat assessment and mitigation, compliance, extremity operation, and special examinations, Raja has been a dependable adviser to top operation brigades.

Chatterjee served as general counsel for a tech-enabled hostel establishment before joining CRA. He was preliminarily Tishman Speyer's Global Threat and Compliance Officer. During his time at Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc., Mr. Chatterjee had a number of important places in the Legal and Compliance Division, contributing to his broad knowledge. In his places as Global Head of the Anti-Corruption Group and Global Head of Special examinations, he oversaw internal examinations in all business divisions and was in charge of developing and executing an assiduity-leading anti-corruption program.

Chatterjee had preliminarily worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the New York County District Attorney's Office and as a trial counsel for the U.S. Department of Justice's Criminal Division's Fraud Section.
