Analysys Mason, a global TMT strategy firm, has purchased Telescope Advisory Partners, a German boutique that specializes in strategy and transaction support.

With headquarters in Frankfurt and Munich, Telescope Advisory Partners was founded in 2018 and now employs about 40 consultants. With an emphasis on software and ICT infrastructure, as well as new technologies like artificial intelligence, the consulting firm counsels businesses and private equity firms on their tech-related investments.

Performing technical and commercial due diligence during M&A procedures and offering strategic advice on acquisitions, go-to-market, value generation, and innovation are among its primary offerings.
