By the second quarter of the fiscal year 2025–2026, Tribeca Developers, the only licensee in India for luxury projects bearing the Trump Organization's name, intends to introduce Indian luxury real estate towers bearing the former US president's name in four locations.
The corporation has decided to extend Trump Towers India to new locations in Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, and Gurugram. According to the publication, it is in "advanced talks" for chances in Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, and other locations.
Donald Trump is running for president of the United States, and Kalpesh Mehta, the founder of Tribeca Developers, emphasized to reporters during his remarks that the deals were time-bound.
He asserted that since the company won't be able to sign new contracts if Trump wins the presidency over Democratic challenger Kamala Harris, they have until September to make plans. They might still implement the existing agreements, though.
Vice President of the Trump Organization, Donald Trump Jr., has indicated on the Tribeca website that he is very interested in the Indian real estate industry.
Outside of North America, Trump Jr.'s largest portfolio is located in India. The significance of the brand in India is further highlighted by the growing purchasing power of the Indian populace.
Mehta stated on the website that branded super-luxury properties will be the next big thing in the Indian real estate industry, and the Trump Organization is the finest brand to start it off. He thinks that their affiliation with the Trump Organization will offer them a distinct edge in producing premium real estate goods for this particular niche market.
