HSO, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 provider with headquarters in the Netherlands, has announced that it has acquired Aware Group (Aware), a New Zealand company that specializes in cutting-edge data and artificial intelligence solutions.
With this calculated action, HSO has acquired six businesses since 2019, when the international corporation Carlyle made a growth investment in the company. Over the past ten years, Aware has made a name for itself by enhancing data techniques with machine learning and generative AI. Through the company's effective assistance, hundreds of enterprises have investigated AI solutions; several of these projects have produced yearly operating cost savings of millions of dollars and up to 99 percent efficiency gains.
Speaking on the combination, CEO of Aware, Brandon Hutcheson, stated that they will be able to fast-track their goal of using data and AI to make a global impact by joining HSO. Hutcheson added, "HSO is positioned as a leading global force in the rapidly evolving AI business landscape thanks to their deep industry knowledge and expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365, along with Aware's demonstrated proficiency in creating and implementing customized AI and data processing solutions."
The acquisition is expected to greatly increase HSO's data and AI capabilities, improving its capacity to provide cutting-edge technology solutions to clients throughout the world. It is anticipated that this action will quicken HSO's time to market and guarantee the efficient implementation of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions for their global clientele. The two corporations withheld the terms of the deal.
