The Wipro Enterprise AI-Ready Platform will equip clients with infrastructure and core software
Wipro Limited, a prominent technology services and consulting firm, has unveiled the introduction of the Wipro Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Ready Platform, a novel offering designed to enable clients to establish customized and fully integrated AI environments at an enterprise level. This platform harnesses the capabilities of the IBM Watson AI and Data platform, encompassing Watson AI, Watson Data, and Watson Governance, alongside AI assistants. It aims to provide clients with an interoperable service that facilitates the swift adoption of AI. This initiative stems from an extended multi-year collaboration between Wipro and IBM, bringing together Wipro's extensive expertise in cloud, AI, and industry knowledge with IBM's cutting-edge AI innovation and hybrid cloud solutions. The partnership endeavors to develop joint solutions that advance the deployment of robust and integrated AI solutions tailored for enterprises.
Jo Debecker, Managing Partner and Global Head of Wipro FullStride Cloud expressed enthusiasm about the expanded partnership with IBM, emphasizing the goal of making AI consumption more efficient, agile, and sustainable for enterprises. They aim to achieve this by providing solutions that empower enterprises to build their AI ecosystems with flexibility and reliability. As part of this collaboration, Wipro and IBM are jointly funding the IBM TechHub@Wipro solution, aimed at supporting joint client pursuits through a centralized group of experts, engineers, and assets. The IBM TechHub@Wipro will include a Watsonx Center of Excellence dedicated to integrating IBM's Watsonx capabilities into Wipro's offerings.
