A new screen is just one aspect of the change. Many things about it, like the battery, cooling system, and new screen, feel like almost no sacrifice upgrades.
- 4-inch Samsung unique RGB-stripe OLED panel operating at 90Hz, as opposed to a 7-inch OLED screen operating at 60Hz.
- 50-watt-hour battery (increased from 40Wh)
- Die-shrink 6nm AMD "Sephiroth" APU with higher efficiency (compared to 7nm "Aerith").
- Memory increased to 6400 MT/s from 5500 MT/s.
- 29 grams lighter, contingent upon configuration
- Bigger and quieter fan
- More substantial heatsink
- Speakers that are louder and have "better bass"
- 1 mm taller thumbsticks featuring a wider head and a smoother, recessed thumb divot
- LED indicator with multiple colors instead of just white
- 512GB at $549, 1TB at $649 (as opposed to 256GB at $529 and 512GB at $649)
- Brand-new carrying case with 1TB capacity and an internal second smaller shell
- Transparent, limited-edition model priced at $679 available in the US and Canada
