With a background in Analytics, I’ve faced rewarding challenges that equipped me with skills in data-driven decision-making and market understanding. Despite my successes, I often felt unfulfilled and sought a deeper connection to my work.
Alongside my IT career, I founded four schools, which brought me joy and taught me valuable lessons in innovation and leadership. However, I frequently asked myself, "What’s next?" This prompted me to explore my true passions and the legacy I wanted to leave.
My love for beauty and wellness drove me to notice a gap in the industry for brands prioritizing natural ingredients while delivering effective results. This realization inspired me to create Skin Centrick, a brand dedicated to transparency, efficacy, and environmental responsibility.
Launching Skin Centrick has been an exhilarating experience, combining my analytical background with my passion for beauty and sustainability—a venture I am immensely proud of.

As a woman entrepreneur in the beauty industry, I have faced numerous challenges, often stemming from broader gender dynamics in business. Despite the industry’s focus on women, the low representation of women in leadership roles, especially as CEOs, creates unique hurdles that require resilience and strategic thinking.
One major challenge was overcoming skepticism and bias associated with being a woman in a leadership position. In the early days of launching Skin Centrick, I found it difficult to earn credibility and trust, as preconceived notions about women’s capabilities often overshadowed the brand's potential. To address this, I developed a solid business plan backed by thorough market research, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry and showcasing our growth potential.

If I were to inspire a movement, it would center around the mantra: "Be Good, Do Good, Ignore Negativity." This movement aims to foster a culture of kindness, compassion, and resilience, focusing on positive contributions to our communities.
The first pillar, "Be Good," emphasizes self-awareness and personal growth, encouraging integrity, empathy, and understanding. This mindset creates a ripple effect, promoting a supportive society.

Taking the leap into entrepreneurship led me to the beauty industry, motivated by my personal skincare experiences. I discovered many common ingredients were not as safe as they appeared, which inspired me to create Skin Centrick—a skincare brand focused on safety, effectiveness, and clean, natural ingredients.
