Anuvadini AI and MathZoro’s partnership brings game based math learning to classrooms through AI-driven, multilingual and gamified education for better understanding.
In a new move to change how students learn mathematics in India, Anuvadini AI, an AI platform developed by the Ministry of Education and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has partnered with MathZoro to combine gamification, artificial intelligence, and multilingual education. This game based math learning platform is designed for students from classes VI to X across India’s multilingual classrooms. The aim is to make mathematics easier, more engaging and accessible across regions and languages.
Math becomes a game instead of a fear
India has over 250 million school-going children, and many find mathematics difficult. The issue is not just concepts but memorization learning and language gaps that reduce understanding and confidence. This often leads to disengagement in classrooms. The new initiative aims to address this by turning maths into an interactive, game-based experience that builds interest while improving conceptual clarity. It also aims to reduce maths anxiety through visual learning tools and interaction.
How MathZoro Works
MathZoro uses a Learn, Play, Earn, and Unlock model where students explore topics through themed zones like Algebra Island, Geometry Island, and Probability Island. It follows NCERT, ICSE, and state syllabi while turning study into interactive gameplay. The platform works on low internet speeds, making it suitable for rural areas. It focuses on building concepts instead of memorization. Game based learning mathematics ensures students stay motivated through rewards and progression-based learning paths system-wide engagement features.
Students Learn In Their Own Language
Anuvadini AI brings real-time multilingual support using Line-in Translation Technology. Every instruction, quiz, and reward message appears instantly in the student’s preferred language without reloads or separate apps. It supports 22 Indian and 89 foreign languages. Students from different states can use the same platform while learning in their own language, making education more natural. This helps bridge the gap between rural and urban education.
Exam Preparation
The partnership links MathZoro with Anuvadini Pariksha for JEE, NEET, UPSC, and board exams. It continues learning in the same language, reducing stress of switching to English systems.
Features include:
-
Multilingual test papers
-
Adaptive difficulty levels
-
Chapter-wise practice aligned with boards
Teachers can create assessments in seconds, making evaluation faster and more personal. This reduces teacher workload and improves assessment efficiency significantly overall.
Future Outlook
Aligned with NEP 2020, the initiative supports mother-tongue learning, conceptual understanding and digital access in low-bandwidth areas. Officials say it removes language barriers in education. As Business Fortune observes, the partnership aims to expand and make AI-driven gamified learning a core part of schooling in India over the coming years. It reflects India’s broader goal toward advanced and inclusive digital education.
