IT services firm LTIMindtree has rebranded itself as 'LTM Limited' as a significant corporate development.
LTIMindtree, an IT services corporation, announced that it has renamed as 'LTM Limited', a significant change in its corporate identity years after the high-profile merger of L&T Infotech and Mindtree.
As a part of the Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Group, the company said that the new brand represents its development into a major worldwide technology leader and its preparations for the next stage of expansion in the digital age. The renaming, according to CEO and Managing Director Venu Lambu, was a "natural progression" that reflects their goals, fits with their strategic priorities, and reaffirms their dedication to promote business innovation and having a transformative effect on their clients.
Lambu stated that, as markets change and client expectations evolve, they are stepping forward with a brand that reflects both who they are today and their vision for the future. As the Business Creativity partner, they are creating new ways of working, new productivity paradigms, and new roads to value.
The company hopes to establish its competitive edge in the "agentic enterprise era" with the new brand strategy. For its staff, it would demand approaching problem-solving with a creator's perspective and using AI to assist clients in moving forward with confidence, creativity, and purpose.
LTM's AI technologies have helped it land a number of huge deals over the last 12 months. The company's net profit in the December quarter, which included a one-time impact of Rs 590.3 crore due to the new labor laws, fell 12% year over year to Rs 960 crore. Net profit decreased 30.5 percent in succession. At Rs 10,781 crore, revenue for the quarter increased by 11% year over year and 3.7% sequentially. Operating margins increased by 20 basis points sequentially to 16.1 percent in Q3 despite the one-time profit hit.
