According to PM Modi the start of the Parliament Winter Session today is a proud moment for all House members to greet you. He wishes the best for you. Also under Radhakrishnan's leadership all members will maintain the Upper House's dignity and decorum. The chairman comes from a simple farming family and he dedicated his life to social service. Also, he serves as a guide to inspiration for them all.

The prime minister observed the connection you made with Jharkhand's indigenous populations. Every time he saw the Chief Minister of Jharkhand he would proudly relate how you visited even small villages. You would drive in whatever vehicle you had stopping at minor locations at night whether or not you had a helicopter. They are all aware of your commitment to service and how you elevated it throughout your tenure as governor. One thing PM Modi has seen is that people might feel the weight of their position at times and become overwhelmed by routine at other times. However he has observed that you don't follow protocol.

Prime Minister Modi analyzed the opposition for allegedly using Parliament winter session as a "warm-up arena" for elections or a platform for expressing prevention after political setbacks. PM Modi asked them to look beyond election defeats and stated he was pleased to give suggestions on how to restore positivity into politics. Asking the opposition to carry democratic responsibilities. Additionally the winter session of parliament 2025 provides a chance to strengthen growth initiatives rather than just a ritual.
