Business Fortune: Dua Lipa’s New Skincare Line

Augustinus Bader and Dua Lipa Introduces Affordable Dua by AB Science Skincare Line and Presenting New TFC5 Technology

Augustinus Bader and the pop star Dua Lipa partnered to create affordable skincare line. The Dua by AB Science category offers three products the improved Glow Complex, Renewal Cream, and Balancing Cream Cleanser, which was announced on Tuesday. It's a new price range for Augustinus Bader, whose comparable goods retail from about $75 to $300, with prices ranging from £32 to £65 ($41 to $85).

According to the brand, TFC5, a special substance exclusive to the Dua range, powers the collection. TFC8 serves the Augustinus Bader main product line. Augustinus Bader has long been a favorite of Lipa's, who previously listed its Rich Cream and Eye Patches as among her preferred skincare products. Her first skincare venture, AB Science, credits her with launching Dua. In addition, Lipa is the face of YSL Beauty's Libre fragrance and a worldwide ambassador. In the past, Augustinus Bader has partnered with icons that prefer their products, like Victoria Beckham, to create a foundation and serum for the designer's own beauty collection.

The TFC5 in the DUA range seems almost like a younger-sister ingredient with a strong focus on ongoing, preventative skin care. It's also more affordable than the $400+ cream that many of them at the ELLE office have fallen in love with at the cost of their finances. The primary product of the Augustinus Bader line is Trigger Factor Complex, an innovative combination of restoring and healing amino acids, vitamins, and peptides that treat skin problems like fine lines, uneven pigmentation, and a lack of volume. As well, prices can range from 40 to 85 US dollars, which is considerably lower than the expensive Augustinus Bader line but still substantially less than Chemist storage prices.
