The contract's total worth is AED 13.5 million, equating to roughly Rs 32.63 crore based on current exchange rates.

The sub-contract involves the execution of various engineering services, representing a notable advancement in SEPC's footprint in the Middle East's energy infrastructure sector. The counterparty will provide specific schedules and project timelines in a timely manner, ensuring they are in line with ADNOC's operational needs.

The granting of this contract highlights SEPC's increasing global involvement and its ability to provide high-quality engineering solutions for clients worldwide.

SEPC has specified that the awarding entity, Avenir International Engineers and Consultants LLC, is an independent international organization, without ties to the company's promoter, promoter group, or affiliated companies. As a result, the transaction is not categorized as a related party transaction.

SEPC is involved in delivering comprehensive solutions to engineering problems, providing multidisciplinary design, engineering, procurement, construction, and project management services.

The consolidated net profit of the company soared 104.8% year-on-year to Rs 16.55 crore in Q1 FY26, up from Rs 8.08 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations increased 15% year-on-year to Rs 202.28 crore, up from Rs 175.82 crore in Q1 FY25.
