Konica Minolta Launches CloudPrint for Seamless, Serverless Printing on bizhub Printers

The CloudPrint feature is now available on qualified Bizhub printers from Konica Minolta Australia, providing safe, serverless cloud printing with a free one-year subscription.

With a complimentary 12-month subscription, Konica Minolta Australia has offered native CloudPrint technology that comes preloaded on qualified Bizhub multifunction printers and printers.

Businesses no longer need to install extra gear or software to utilize safe, cloud-based printing thanks to CloudPrint's integration. The goal of this modification is to remove obstacles that have historically existed in enterprise print infrastructure.

Every qualified Bizhub device has the CloudPrint capability built in, so businesses can start serverless printing as soon as they're set up, claims Konica Minolta Australia. According to the organization, this breakthrough would boost corporate objectives for digital transformation and help operations run more smoothly.

Among the many built-in features offered by CloudPrint are native Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) compatibility in all qualifying devices, a one-year free trial period, and no need for additional hardware, such as servers, connectors, or print management systems. The goal of eliminating print servers is to lower the expenses and complexity that are frequently associated with on-premises print servers. There is little setup needed for users to print from any Mac or PC.

According to the company, the CloudPrint platform is scalable and safe, making it easier for companies to implement throughout their operations. CloudPrint, which is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Australia, offers enterprise-level protection for customers' data and printed documents by adhering to recognized security standards, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2.
