With the advent of John Cena’s retirement tour amid the ongoing WWE RAW, Cena leaves his fans with one big surprise.
Making his most awaited return to WWE, sixteen-time world champion John Cena made a sensational announcement, making his fans go berserk. The 47-year-old will be participating in the 30-man Royal Rumble match, scheduled to take place on February 1st.
With 16 world championship titles, Cena is tied with Ric Flair. If Cena wins this championship, he will become the undisputed WWE world champion. The next in line are Randy Orton with 14 titles, Roman Reigns, and CM Punk with 6 titles each.
Though it is still unknown as to whom John Cena might face at Wrestlemania 41, speculations based on a Times Now report say that he might be gunning against Cody Rhodes. With Cody pitting his title against Cena, it could help the former to elevate his stature in WWE.
As for the other fighters, the Austrian fighter Gunther could defend his title against CM Punk or Seth Rollins. Another solid contender for WrestleMania is Drew McIntyre. As for the matches held on Monday, in their intense rivalry, CM Punk decisively defeated Seth Rollins with a devastating double GTS. While both competitors pushed each other to their limits, Rollins' emotional intensity seemed to momentarily distract him, allowing Punk to capitalize momentarily.
Moreover, Rhea Ripley decisively defeated Liv Morgan to regain the Women's World Championship. The moment was further elevated by The Undertaker's unexpected arrival. The legendary wrestler, in his iconic "American Badass" persona, posed with Ripley, solidifying her victory and aligning her with a powerful symbol of dominance.
