USA Properties Fund has initiated construction on Terracina at Westpark, an affordable apartment complex situated in west Roseville. This marks only the second development by USA Properties within their hometown, despite their extensive portfolio of 33 properties across Greater Sacramento. Terracina at Westpark will comprise two distinct sites: one situated at 3440 Westbrook Blvd. and the other at 1040 Lower Bank Dr. It will offer one- to three-bedroom affordable apartments in a city known for its rapid growth, where rent escalations have outpaced income increases in recent years.
