Sean Combs lawsuits

According to Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee, over 100 men and women have retained legal counsel and intend to bring civil lawsuits against Sean "Diddy" Combs.

In an interview with the media on Tuesday, Buzbee stated that at least 120 people had contacted his firm, The Buzbee Law Firm, and the AVA Law Group, "to pursue cases in civil court" against Combs and who had come to them after "claiming to be victimized by" Combs and other people or entities.

As per Buzbee, a few of the cases they plan to file will revolve around claims of Diddy's sexual misconduct, forced prostitution, violent rape or assault, sexual abuse, facilitating sex with a controlled substance, false imprisonment, and sexual abuse of minors.

Earlier this month, the artist and businessman was charged with federal offenses, including sex trafficking. Combs entered a not-guilty plea.

Combs has been the target of 12 legal lawsuits since last November, 11 of which specifically charge him with sexual assault. Combs has resolved one lawsuit and refuted numerous other accusations made against him, but he has not yet answered all of the cases that are still pending.

Of the 120 people who have hired Buzbee's firm, he said that half are men and the other half are women. He also claimed that 25 of these people were underage when the alleged incidents—which they claimed happened at parties and occasionally during music industry auditions—took place in Miami, New York, and Los Angeles.

Authorities stated that the investigation is still active and continues following Combs's arrest.
