In order to strengthen its capital markets and tax practices, Tilleke & Gibbins has added attorneys Patcharaporn Pootranon & Saravut Krailadsiri to its Bangkok office.

Pootranon has almost two decades of experience in capital markets, corporate law, M&A, and taxation. Pootranon was formerly a partner at Deloitte Legal. Under Thai securities law and Rule 144A/Regulation S under the United States Securities Act, she has been instrumental in securities offering operations.

Pootranon will be joined on the capital markets Thailand team by associate Narita Sakunchotikarote and senior partner Vaeerakorn Samranweth.

Former Kudun and Partners partner Krailadsiri is joining Tilleke & Gibbins' tax & corporate restructuring practice. Krailadsiri is an expert in tax, company restructuring, and cross-border M&A with over 20 years of experience. In Thailand's energy industry, he has stood for significant investments, especially in the production and exploration of petroleum.
